Our Terms and Conditions
As a courtesy to all our lovely clients please try to keep to your appointment times otherwise, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill your appointment. Late appointments may not always be able to be honored due to time. Treatments which commence late will still finish at the appointment time to save other clients from any inconvenience.
We understand life is not always straightforward so if a problem arises and you need to cancel an appointment we just ask if you give us 24 hours’ notice. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, please contact us. If appointments are regularly canceled under our 24-hour cancellation policy, we will have to charge 50% of the treatment cost to cover our lost appointment.
Here at Charlotte Emery Beauty, we are passionate about customer service and want all our clients to be 100% happy with their treatments and the products we supply.
